Bush gets treated as 90s fluff a lot, but they were a decent if unoriginal band. I actually saw them twice, once at the height of their popularity and once in the late 90s, at festivals and they were really good live. That being said, I don't have and great expectations for the new album, but I doubt it will be awful (or as bad as anything his wife has done).
Layla - Yup, that's him... Lucky guy.
Bob - Bush was actually my favorite band until I reached High School and started listening to Classic Rock. I agree that they were a lot better than they get credit for but now when I go back to listen to their material, it wasn't quite as great as I remembered. However, I still think it is great music.
