Randomness about them
Most memorable event with number one (Pink Floyd): Seeing David Gilmour live last year. It was the greatest concert I have ever attended and hearing "Echoes" live brought a tear to my eye.
Most memorable event with number two (The Beatles): I suppose going to the 25th Anniversary of John's death in Strawberry Fields. It was a really fun night packed with a ton of Beatles fans singing and playing guitar. It was a fantastic atmosphere, one that was so stunning that my friend and I were reluctant to leave. When we finally did we ended up being too late to catch the final train home so we ended up sleeping in Penn Station (Train Station) of New York.
Fav line from band four (King Crimson): "Knowledge is a deadly friend when no one sets the rules."
Why do you like three? (Tool): What is not to like. They are so original, nobody has a sound quite like Tool. Maynard James Kennan's voice is absolutely stunning and so powerful. Danny Carey is a mster on drums. Their music is creative and passionate, they are definitely my favorite band that doesn't fall under the classic rock classification.
Rest...about you!!!!
Why did you take this survey: Like Perplexio, because it was music related
Are you tired?: Very, right now I'm laying in bed with my laptop.
What time is it?: 10:19 PM

I really dig the King Crimson albums with Greg Lake or John Wetton on vocals. The ones with Burrell and Haskell are okay too but I've never been able to get into the Adrian Belew era KC. I've tried but it just doesn't grab me like the old school KC does.
I do love Epitaph, it's not my favorite KC song as I find with their debut album the material is strongest when listened to collectively. I love all the songs on that album equally so I can't really single out Epitaph as a favorite but I totally understand your appreciation of it. I think my favorite is Starless from the Red album. On the whole, the album isn't as strong as the debut, but I think that one song is absolutely brilliant. It's one of my favorite John Wetton vocal performances.

Perplexio - "Starless" is a great choice, another one of my favorites, I think "Red" probably stands as my second favorite KC album, although after "In the Court of the Crimson King" and stopping at "Red" there are so many albums which could contend for my second favorite. At least on "Red" though, my favorite songs would be narrowed down to either "Fallen Angel", "One More Red Nightmare" or "Starless", practically the whole album, lol.
Name 5 of your favorite bands
Linkin Park
The Hooters
Nirvana
Evanescence
Bruce Springsteen
Favorite Songs from list above
Runaway
Beat up guitar
Something in the way
Bring me to life
Growin Up
Hmmmm, in a way it's really not fair to only have 5. You know how much stuff I listen to. This list could be different 10 minutes from now. LOL
Peace,

Neo - I know what ya mean, I could probably change my list around tomorrow...
I agree with you on just about everything. Tool, we'll agree, continues to be one of the least appreciated incredible bands out there.
I'm a bit (just a bit) surprised by your choice of "Epitaph," too. I like it a lot, but many don't groove on it like we do. As long as you don't say "Cat Food."

David - I would most definitely not answer "Cat Food." That is one of my least favorite KC songs and I have no idea how it made it on my Greg Lake's Best Of CD. It's a shame that was on "In the Wake of Poseidon" because the whole album is so great and then there is that ridiculous song. I guess not every song can be perfect...
Hey Jeff, I just asked the first question here on my blog tied to a discount on my artwork:
