The Summer Concert Lineup
A month ago I was thinking that this Summer was going to be a big disappointment in terms of concerts that I was going to attend. These past few weeks have surely made that thought false. New concerts from fantastic bands have been popping up left and right and have been really breaking the bank for me but I can't complain. As of now here is my concert lineup for the summer, (I plan on attending more, I just am not set on them yet):June 9th: Tool at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, NJ
June 12th: Stevie Nicks at PNC Bank Arts Center, NJ
June 22nd: The Machine at Starland Ballroom, NJ
July 8th: Rush at PNC Bank Arts Center, NJ
July 24th: The White Stripes at Madison Square Garden, NY
July 28th: Rock The Bells Festival Featuring Rage Against the Machine & Public Enemy at Randall's Island, NY
August 6th: Muse at Madison Square Garden, NY

I'd love to see Tool and the White Stripes, but I just don't go to big shows anymore. A friend of mine is catching the Tool show in Baltimore.
I just missed Mastadon/Against Me/Cursive/This Bike is a Pipe Bomb this week. The only show coming up in the next few months that I have my eye on is the Detroit Cobras in July.
These sound great, except for Stevie. She's never appealed to me. Have a great time
Jeff - Damn, Tool! I can't get to AC though. :(
Peace,
- Neo
Bob - I've seen Tool before and it was a real treat, I have yet to see the Stripes but I'm really excited to do so.
Layla - Right now I'm not even sure if I am going to see her anymore, I just found out it will be dificult for me to see the show with work and all.
Neo - Should be a good show.
I'm very jealous of your lineup. Right now, the only thing I have lined up is the Police in June.
Well I must say I'm pretty jealous that you are going to see The Police, I really wanted to see them but unfortunately nobody else I know was willing to fork up the cash to see them.
I'd be more interested in seeing Andy Summers, Stewart Copeland and someone other than that adult-contemporary/light jazz artist, Sting. I'm a little afraid that he might play some renaissance music too!
