Maybe The Stones Are As Old As They Look

While reading some music news I stumbled accross this article which I think is quite hilarious. It is about the Stones playing in SBC Park and their music being too loud for the residents that lived in the area. Here is a funny statement from the article:

"I've got no artistic judgment against the Rolling Stones, but just because they're too old to hear their music doesn't mean their music has to be so loud," said Ted Weinstein, who said he heard noise from the concert from his home miles away.

Here is the whole article AP

This was a great concert! I was at the Rolling Stones show at SBC Park last Sunday. It's only rock and roll, but I liked it!

And it was NOT too loud.

HYSTERICAL!

Jeff, I think you will be able to relate to this: I chose not to see the Stones this time around because they were here on 11/6. As you know on 11/1 I had the honor, the joy, the complete satisfaction of seeing U2.

THEREFORE I chose not to see the Stones to taint the U2 experience. I wanted it to be the last concert in my memory for a long time.

I'm not a big Stones fan, I would choose U2 over them any day. Plus I think Stones tickets are ridiculously over priced.
